Cancellation Policy
I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are to be honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows me the opportunity to try to fill the spot or for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give me 24 hours advance notice you will be charged half (50%) of the cost of your appointment. This amount will be paid at the time of cancellation to the credit card on file on MassageBook.   If you are able to send someone in your place, you will not be charged the fee.  Please do notify me of this change.  There will be no charge to you if you fill your appointment time.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment with the credit card on file on MassageBook.
