Massage sessions will be customized to meet your needs whether it be relaxation that is desired or deep tissue or energy work.    Here is a description of some of the services:

     Symphony of Cells is an add-on service which uses essential oils that are applied to the spine and bottom of feet to create harmony physically, emotionally and spiritually.  There are 19 protocols to choose from that are specific to systems of the body allowing you to target ailments and health concerns.   This add-on must be requested prior to appointment. 

     Elmore Mountain Therapeutics is a New England based company in Vermont which produces CBD oil.  CBD helps reduce inflammation and soothes muscles.  It provides relief from painful joints and works well for chronic pain, arthritis and back pain.  CBD oil creates relaxation and ultimately calming the nervous system.  This is an add-on service.  

     Providing a new service!  Half and Half Fall Special consists of 1/2 hour of massage and 1/2 hour of Reiki (and sound healing if you like).   Great service for those people wanting energy work but really needing a massage on a focused area.

      Also offered is a Membership program.   Do you feel you need incentive to get into a massage routine?  This may be for you!  The Wellness Program is a 3 month minimum commitment of which you auto pay at the first of the month on MassageBook.  There is a discounted rate for this program.  You must book your session within that month except ONE time one session can be carried over to the next month as we understand life may get in the way.  I will need to create the membership.  Reach out to me via email, or call or text to inquire.
